We mediate in the leasing of office space, with an area of 47 m2, along with 17 m2 of common areas, in a new commercial building on Poljička Road in Split.
The office space includes an air conditioning and ventilation system, a fire alarm system, and installations for office connectivity to video surveillance. The floors are covered with parquet, and network and power cables are installed throughout. Each workstation is equipped with computer and IP telephone connections, as well as two power outlets.
All areas around and inside the building (except for the mentioned offices) are under video surveillance. Access control is managed with digital keys. All network cables are routed to a rack cabinet, which is connected to the server room on the ground floor. Fiber optic connections from various providers (HT, A1, Optima Telekom, and B.net) are available in the server room, and the tenant can choose the provider and sign a contract accordingly.
By leasing the office space on the upper floor, the tenant also gains the right to use the shared areas located on the first floor of the building, which include a kitchen with a living room area (47.20 m2), a ventilated indoor smoking area (2.50 m2), separate male and female restrooms with a total of 8 cabins (44.60 m2), a terrace (166.80 m2), and an entertainment area (table tennis, foosball, board games, etc.).
