We are mediating the long-term rental of a beautiful renovated stone house in Plano, located just a few minutes drive from Trogir (approximately 5–10 minutes), in a quiet and private setting surrounded by nature. The house is spread over two floors connected by an internal staircase. On the lower floor there is a fully equipped modern kitchen, dining room, cozy living room and toilet, with access to a terrace ideal for outdoor living. On the upper floor there is a smaller bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom, as well as a larger room with a double bed and an extra bed that has access to its own terrace, along with an additional bathroom. Next to the house there is an outdoor kitchen and a large stone barbecue for use, while behind the house there is parking for more than four vehicles. The yard offers a beautiful view of the sea, islands and the surrounding landscape. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning units, and the living room also offers the option of heating with a wood stove during the winter months. Pets are welcome.
